We highly recommend this accommodation. The location is perfect for exploring the city and reaching the most important points on foot. The room is clean, comfortable, equipped with everything you need. The hosts are very friendly and helpful with information related to the city :)

Perfect room in old town, most beautiful street. Clean and spacious. Decoration of room has such Venetinan old port vibe, full of wood and nice details.

Bathroom is clean and big, but could be updated.

This was an absolutely amazing stay, the apartment was so clean and beautiful, and the location was perfect. We were in the middle of Old town where everything was easily accessible. Also, the tenants were so amazingly friendly and they provided everything for us. We had such an amazing time here and we will definitely be back in Casa del Mar.

Nice location in the center of Chania.Shops, restaurants, bus station are within walking distance. The room was perfectly clean, it has all the necessary facilities.The host, Manolis, did all his best to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Thank you for all your implication. We highly recommend.

The host made us really feel at home. He was friendly, informative and helpful. The location was ideal. If we come back to Chania would definitely stay here again.

Couldn't have a better location as the property is in the centre of the old town of Chania. Comfortable, clean and spacious apartment. The owner was very helpful. We will definitely keep it in mind the next time we go to Chania.

Our only suggestion is about the brightness of the room in the evening hours where the room lamps should be brighter.

Location is great as it is in the centre of old town, and the building itself is authentic style. The host is very friendly and helpful.

There is a bit of noise from stepping wooden floor upstairs. However, somewhat surprisingly no noise from outside of building although the building is located in the narrow and crowded path of old town.

The apartment's location was perfect in old town, close to historical sights, restaurants, the race venue (Oceanman open water swimming) and the bus station. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated, quiet and affordable. Everything we needed during our stay was there and what we missed (extra clothes hanger and spatula) the host fixed immediately. The host couple were service minded, helpful and generous in every way. Many thanks Nora and Manolis, you made our holiday even more special! The mattresses in the beds are firm (which we really appreciated) and there were also extra beach towels and a parasol that we could take with us on day trips. Right under apartment there is an excellent cafe/brunch place Phyllo, we ate there several times during our stay and got a 10% discount when we told them that we were staying at Casa Del Mar.

The isolation in between floors is not great so we could hear what was going on in flat above us but that did not disturb us so much.
