Tidy clean comfortable. Good linens and towels.

Location. In the middle of a busy farmyard. Although I am a farmer dead sheep left visible in the paddock not ideal. Nowhere to sit outside undercover and no sofa/chair inside . I cooking facility.

The beds were comfortable with good linen. The decor was pleasant and neutral and it was sunny and light, and freshly done. Plenty of parking.

The toilet in the 2BDR unit kept not flushing - the property manager sent their housekeeper around to have a look but she claimed it had worked “before” (not relevant) and all she did was scoop out the offending remains! It worked periodically but not properly for the rest of our stay - we had to use the toilet in the other (separate entrance) unit which luckily we had rented at the same time or would have been a major issue. Did not have an oven or stove and it was pouring with rain the first night with no-where to cook - we expected at least a plug-in hot plate. WiFi was advertised but very limited. Other problems were minor but annoying - dirty cups, not enough cutlery and one bedside table was missing a bulb. Plus the owner’s property is close with no privacy between it and the unit. There was only one sofa and we had to bring in outside chairs to all have somewhere to sit.
