"Best hotel on my budget."

Big and spacious hotel and coffee shop.100k deposit on key refunded quickly on check out. Directly out the front door numerous venders selling banh mi ,cane juice etc Across the road is an huge hospital.

My budget room did not have a window but did have a T V great for discovery chanel in English. Standard Vietnamese double bed mattress which are a little firm by western standards.
