GBGBIt was a really cosy cottage with ample space for two and a lovely welcome pack on arrival. Bamburgh was very accessible by foot.
Car parking could have been better
GBHayloft Cottage was perfect for our two night stay in Bamburgh. The cottage was really cozy and the facilities were really good. Nice touch having the woodburner and the welcome pack from the host with some really lovely local goodies. Within walking distance to Bamburgh.
There wasn't anything that I didn't like although the height of the shower and length of the beds could be a problem if you are over 5ft 11. The only thing I would comment on was that it wasn't clear to me when we booked that the hot tub and garden area were communal shared areas. There was no problem with this generally, but we were expecting our own hot tub and there was an issue in this area as people with dogs were not cleaning up after them and this area is also a children's play park. This wasn't the hosts fault but maybe sectioning off an area for dogs might be helpful.
GBBeautiful apartment, all the equipment in the kitchen you need, well presented and very homely, nice welcome pack, but remember to bring the other basics, would definitely stay here again
Just remember to take your own cooking oil, salt, pepper etc though tea bags coffee, nice cheese, teas bags and milk are incljded

Bed too small (feet hanging over the end as I am 6ft tall). Shower not ideal for anyone over 5.7 due to low ceiling and beam running through it. Freezer is very loud (had to turn it off).

Nothing we all had a great but short trip
GBIt had everything we could need for a few days away. Kitchen is well stocked and the goodie bag was a lovely touch. Games room and hot tub were great. Location was beautiful.
The smaller bedroom needs a blind on the skylight window. We were lucky with the weather so this room was like a sauna with no blind. Bathroom window didn’t open and the fan wasn’t very good but was very noisy.
GBGreat rural quiet location for trips out to explore the area.
The Hayloft was lovely, but the children’s play area and hot tub outside made it less peaceful and private than we wanted.

Cold at first, steps up to cottage. Too early check out. Hot tub should have screen around steps area. Bed a tad small in length .
