The unit is cozy and comfortable for my family, location is very good, just opposite the famous summarecon mall, swimming pool are clean and not sk crowded, only to on the jacuzzi is a bit hard because need to find the staff to on it, the room boy is friendly and helpful

The live chat and customer service are super super slow respond and not smart enough to respond to any questions and problems, the travelio app didn’t really made for a tourist because the way the app works is more to for locals only
