Lovely Palazzo in the historical center. Alberto was very helpful and nice. The room was well set up and very beautiful in its architecture and details. Nice bathroom. Very lovely rooftop terrace. Must be amazing in the summer.

The stairs up to the mezzanine and that area might be made more welcoming. But that’s only because the rest was so lovely.

The location was ideal, convenient to everything I needed to get to. I was especially impressed that, as a result of unexpected difficulties getting to Lecce, and also finding my way late at night from the train station to the B & B, Alberto stayed up past midnight to wait for and welcome me.

I am 6 foot three inches tall and the entrance from the street was half that height—designed at a time when people were smaller. It was an interesting experience getting in and out every day—more entertaining than annoying, however, and should not be seen as a fault against the property, but rather as an enhancement of the experience of being in the location.

They were so welcoming and helpful—showing me the room, facilities and map of the area with recommendations. Great location!

Great location - easy to wander the historical center. Staff was very communicative & provided lots of recommendations.

Bathroom was small but sufficient.

Beautiful historic palazzo in a great location. Probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Filippo greeted us, explained all about the building, the town, and possible side trips, making us feel comfortable immediately. Having a hot kettle and Nescafe in the room helped get me going in the morning!

The hot water wasn't functioning the first day, and we notified them about it. Second day and third days a little better, but inconsistent. I hesitate to say anything, since everyone was so nice, but when one has been traveling for nearly two months, the beckon of a nice room and hot shower is strong. We could also hear our "neighbors" in the room next door, which wasn't a big deal to us, but might be to others.
