Die Haustüre, des von vielen Parteien bewohnten Hauses kann nicht geschlossen, geschweige denn abgeschlossen werden. Das Appartement war nicht sauber, Fenster seit langem nicht geputzt, Bettlaken schmutzig (Schamhaare). Alles (bis auf den TV) ist schmuddelig und abgewohnt. Die Matratzen viel zu weich und durchgelegen, billigste, alte Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Man kann das Fenster nur kippen und nicht voll öffnen was angesichts der künstlich parfümierten Luft dringend notwendig gewesen wäre. Keine Verdunkelung des Raumes möglich (siehe Foto). Selbst die Uhr an der Wand stand still. On top war es sehr laut im Hausgang von 21.30 für etwa einer halben Stunde. Es war einfach zum davonlaufen! Entsprechend schlecht war die Nachtruhe. Viel zu teuer!
