Wonderful host. Friendly and helpful. Location great. Well stocked.

The host, Angela, was very friendly. Good communication. Our train had a long delay due to an incident at a railway crossing and she had no problem waiting for us at the accommodation. She had good restaurant tips. --> Sleeping: we always sleep in separate beds, so we thought that one of us would sleep in one bedroom and the other in the other. A nice surprise was that one of the two bedrooms had two separate beds! (Something to mention in the description? For us it is a plus). The two single beds were made up as one large bed, the host wanted to get suitable bedding, but then we discovered an extra set of sheets in a drawer. --> Bathroom: very clean, an electric boiler that heats up quickly. --> Cooking: basic kitchen, I could cook in it just fine. Several large pans. A few things were a bit sticky. --> Location: 7 min. walk to the harbour with restaurants and bars, 3 min. to small grocery store, 19 min. to supermarket. The street is very quiet, max. 4 cars per day. The neighbourhood is also quiet. --> Balcony: nice to sit outside quietly with a sea view (the west side of the harbour) on one side and the mountains visible on the other side.

The location is ideal. You can walk to restaurants and shops. The kitchen was well equipped and had cleaning supplies and dish towels. The view is nice.

The hot water tank is small so the shower has to be quick.

The view was spectacular and peaceful out of season. Angela was the most amazing, helpful and genuine host. Thank you so much Angela, you really made our time in Castellammare and we loved the cannoli ☀️

Clean and large 2 bedroom with a balcony with gorgeous views. Host left us a lovely gift and was very responsive. We felt like we were in a real neighborhood with the locals and close to everything.
