Property Notes

The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines In case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the accommodations, a fee of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside of those hours. Replacement keys must be collected by the guest at our office. On the day of departure, no trash should be left on the property. Guests are required to remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will be charged. Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Shortly before arrival, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. "Fabulous and would consider returning to this villa and certainly using easyvillasmallorca again"

This property is in a stunning location. Fab pool & garden which had the sun all day. Lovely and private with the most amazing views. The villa is easy to reach using public transport (A32 air conditioned bus direct from the airport, 8euros and takes around 1hr 20mins) Set just a 2 min walk from the main road through Playa de Muro which has an array of restaurants (around 15euro approx main course) the area is a hub for cycle enthusiasts. The villa itself is air conditioned throughout, 1 double bedroom and shower room downstairs. A double en suite upstairs (to the front of the property) and 2 twin doubles to the rear (both share a further bathroom) which open up onto the balcony with far reaching views of the nature reserve. A short stroll for the most amazing white sandy beach, and approx 1hr 30mins by bus from Palma City. We had a slight problem with the key box on leaving as the code wouldn’t work but this was quickly rectified by calling EasyVillasMallorca. What’s not to love, I’d certainly recommend this villa and would definitely consider staying again, and would use easyvillasmenorca again.

I wouldn’t say didn’t like, just a few tweaks to make it exceptional. Would be ideal to have a sofa on the balcony to enjoy the beautiful sunrises from. Also whilst there was a teapot for us brits, there were no mugs or tea cups, only espresso cups which are no good for tea. We ended up using a plastic glass all week. I also think tea towels & pool towels would be a great addition, along with a more quality welcome pack. I am aware I could pay for an upgraded welcome pack but for such a nice villa some bread, local biscuits & wine would be a great addition, hence not giving it top marks.
