Ferny Roost Cabin.

Zoe is lovely, the cabin is cute and has a lovely vibe. There were plenty of small touches that made it special.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

The cabin was warm and cosy on our arrival which was much appreciated after being caught in a hail storm. It had all the facilities we needed and much more. It was clean, welcoming and comfortable.

Nothing and we really appreciated the address link that guided us straight to the farm.

Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Heating was put on before we arrived so the cabin was lovely and warm. Had mostly everything you needed for cooking, cleaning, showering etc. Nice tv and sitting area with lots of blankets. Beds were comfortable and clean. Both the dogs and us really enjoyed our stay.

Just very small things that didnt really impact our stay but would have been nice to have: - A larger chopping board for cutting salad/pizza/bread etc but we got by with the plates. - Cling film or tin foil, we made sandwiches for our day trips out so would have been nice to wrap them up, and also to put down to keep the oven clean. - Brush/mop, we like to give the place a quick sweep before we leave because we took our dogs, I know the host cleans anyway but we just wanted to make it a bit easier for them. Apart from those little things everything else was provided and more! Sauces, oil, salt, tea, sugar all the little things you tend to forget when going away!

Location/ comfy beds, nice and warm, great host, we just seem to be unfortunate.

Branches sway in the wind against structure keeping us awake. No hot water in bathroom sink or kitchen sink. Kitchen pans have seen better days

Just got home from unfortunately just 1 night at this incredible place. Don't know where to begin, was perfect, hosted by amazing people. Zoe is one of the nicest people we have ever met, full of energy and couldn't do enough for us. Become great friends with our little nephew, took us to see the horses and honestly couldn't of made our stay any better. Will absolutely be back as soon as we possibly can. Thanks so much!
