The exstractor fan needs to be cleaned.Maybe install skylight for light didnt like the sound of the extractor fan.maybe connect the fan seperate to the light switch

Location was perfect

Perhaps better description how to get to room, once you have the key. Mirror in room for blow drying etc

Very central, lots of small touches that were appreciated and very affordable.

An extra mirror in the room would help but not a big issue.

The shower water runs out of the shower.

This was my second time staying as Kasteelberg Place - I opted to return because I had a positive first experience largely due to the modern facilities and excellent location. These two attributes remain key selling points of this property; additionally, the property is tidy, well maintained, and offers complimentary secure parking for those coming by car. Glenda, the property owner and manager, is very pleasant and accommodating. I would highly recommend Kasteelberg Place to those visiting Riebeek Kasteel.

Small points for improvement only: there was no rubbish bin in the toilet, nor was a hair dryer provided.

Kasteelberg Place was lovely and central, close to many restaurants. Everything we required was there and the cheeseboard was a lovely surprise! Thank you
