Lack of hangers, lack of wardrobe. Neighborhood at night can be a bit 'suspicious'

Very easy communication with the staff, the room was clean and the Wifi worked okay.

The room feels a bit like a basement. You're on the ground floor, right next to the main entrance to the building, and there is no sound-proofing so every time somebody comes or goes the gates are slammed. You can also hear when people walk around outside. In conclusion, unless you are a very deep sleeper I wouldn't recommend staying there. All of this would have been acceptable if the price had been lower. But 50€ per night? Not good value for money. Also the fridge didn't work.
