Staff was very good and provided exceptional and prompt service. That was the only saving grace.

Exorbitant as per the facilities. Not on the main road. Will have to go little inside to reach the place. You will just see a simple tent with a bed, geyser, shampoo, soap and towel. The breakfast is very very average. Just poori sabji, porridge and upma/poha. Dinner also was not exemplary. Average. It was quite cold and when I demanded a heater first they told that they will arrange. Then they said that not part of it. While in the booking it is mentioned that heating is provided. Then they said they will charge 2000 per night for the heater. As it is paying 15k per night for staying in a tent with bare minimum facilities is quite high and they are taking additional charges for staying under a piece of cloth tent. The booking says that my room contains one large bed and 3 sofa beds but sofa beds were missing. My booking says the amenities included a hair dryer and wardrobe but none were there. My booking also says that early check in is also given to me but I was charged for that as well. Unfortunately I trusted them and didn't go into details of the booking but later when I saw the details I was shocked that I am charged for the things which were part of my booking. So if at all you decide to book this below average property make sure you match every thing with the bookings and also cautiously see the bill and confirm the price of things before taking a service as they charge a lot... Also I am attaching the screenshot of service promised but in reality it was not offered

Staff was nice and helpful. They allowed me to check in earlier. Hotel is really close to the fort.

Food is good Royal villa hotel inside town is very good.

1. The location mentioned in booking.com is totally incorrect. Its not in town, its not near to rail station or kella, its 40 km away from jaisalmer. They have a hotel in town that location is showing here which is totally unacceptable. 2. The facility of the resort is horrible. Room and bathroom full of mosquito, service pathetic. Staffs are illiterate and irritatingly unprofessional. Do not book royal resort, book royal villa hotel instead.

Los propietarios nos ofrecieron transporte a las dunas a muy buen precio, opción perfecta si tan solo necesitas transporte para ver el atardecer y quieres evitar hacer excursión de todo el día.
