Riad El Hara

The Riad is well welcoming and beautiful. Each member of the staff is attentive and ready to make your stay a pleasure. Omar and Elias were helpful at every turn. Latifa, who runs the spa is a breath of fresh air. Karima, the manager, is a gem, and clearly why this is such a well-rated spa. She not only made us feel welcome, but went the extra mile to get us much needed reservations.

As a solo traveller, I was made feel very welcome. The pool and sun deck were just lovely. Would recommend!

We were early for check-in yet, we were welcomed with tea and the hospitality of the hostess. Karima makes you feel like she is welcoming a long lost family member back to her home. There’s a fruit basket, nuts, and water bottle waiting for you in your room. The Sultans room was stunning! Our stay was for one night before heading home but we would have loved to stay longer. Karima arranged our taxi/shuttle back to the airport. She will do what it takes for you to enjoy your visit to the Riad.

The area initially feels a bit seedy but it’s in close proximity to the Medina and Souks. I didn’t feel unsafe just cautious as it’s a very busy area/road in the vicinity. There’s no sign of the noise or business within the Riad though.
