"Worst customer service ever, disappointed 😞"

Worst experience ever, I called for someone to open but in vain. No one was picking up the phone , after 3 hrs the rude CEO called to tell me that the place was temporarily closed. I had to look for another place at 21H30. Still waiting for my refund, and they are playing hide and seek.

Everything was a disaster, the so called CEO was extremely rude. No apologies for inconvenience, he lied about everything and is reluctant to refund me.

The location was everything we imagined and more

The fact that it's a commune, you only rent a room & share the kitchen & lounge area with strangers and it wasn't communicated, there is no privacy at all
