Proximity to the railway station, good price, acceptable level of cleanliness (although I slept in my own sleeping bag because the bedding was old and worn), service - depending on the shift: helpful and/or intrusive.

The bedding should be completely replaced with new ones, the bathroom and the room itself should be cleaned more thoroughly (renovation would also be necessary), the receptionist who checked me in was rather unpleasant and intrusive.

The room were clean, there is hot water and the bed is very comfortable. The staff is very nice and helpful and they speak very good English.

The location is a bit dodgy at night, but it ain’t their fault. Just be alert when you get in and out of the hotel at night.
