Traditional 3 Story Townhouse ,Batta Hanem

Cute, cozy and nicely decorated house with roof terrace. In a quiet part of town but close to everything. Owner was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed.

Quite a few stairs with no banisters. Wasn’t a problem for us but could be if you have mobility issues.

Such a nice location. Very authentic and really “Greek” one. The property answered very quickly and helped if there were some questions. We’ve gotten some recommendations about the beaches and places to eat, amazing ones! Friendly stuff. Massage chair was my son’s favorite. As a bonus, you train your legs well using all the rooms and all the floors daily, so I’d not recommend the apartment to someone with bad knees.

You can hear neighbors very good, especially at night (if somebody coughs etc). The same with people passing the house by or talking on their verandas (but I guess it’s typical for these houses so just saying).
