My husband felt the mattress in main bedroom was too soft. Apart from that, everything was great.

"Lovely and relaxing"

Property was lovely and clean, and it was nice to have the whole place to ourselves. Neighbours were lovely and recommended a great Chinese and told us the best place to park so we weren't in anyone's way.

It wasn't technically walking distance/short walk to the town centre so we ended up driving in/ getting taxis as my mother is elderly.

Lovely heated floor. Excellent communication from Jack. Great location for attractions and amenities.

Would have appreciated a gate or some other contraption to stop our toddler from sneaking upstairs but really I'm splitting hairs.
