The people and the location and also the host was so understanding of the time we got there all hours in the night and allowed us in earlier the n check in which was great as we were all so tired after travelling from Ireland ☺️

The space for my son clean enviroment outlay was lovely.Car parking was ok.

The sofa,s were ridiculous cheap and nasty knives and forks were broken hardly any hot water. Patio doors need replacing.

The apartment was spacious. Had two bedrooms, one double and twin singles. Theoretically, it had two additional singles in the lounge in the form of two clic clac , Ikea style sofa beds , however, one was smashed and unusable.

A LOT ! Apartment on the ground floor, overlooking the main road into Liverpool, so lots of traffic noise. The blinds were broken, so anyone walking past could look directly into the bedroom. There was window film on the lounge windows so this wasn't a problem. The second sofa bed was smashed, and so was one of the dining room chairs left in a corner of the lounge. Although it was an apartment, there were no tea towels, not enough cups, glasses, or cutlery for 6 people. There were only two flying pans, so there were no other pans for cooking. To get hot water for washing up and showers, you had to switch on immersion heater, as there is no gas central heating. However, we had to figure this out for ourselves as there are no instructions in the apartment. The toilet in the bathroom leaks and has done for a long time given the stains. We got locked out at 9pm from the apartment block, as both the car park and pedestrian gates were locked, and the fob provided didn't open either. The electricity tripped out in the meter room, 100 metres away , again with no form of access due to the fob issues, and had to get help from neighbours to gain access. The apartment was OK if you were just sleeping. However, we stayed for a long weekend and had friends come and visit us. Overall, I paid £310 for two nights and left feeling very disappointed, vowing never to return. They've had issues with neighbours complaining about guests and partying in the apartments with a letter left inside .

Could do with a little more cleaning and we had no tv or internet after 9 o’clock on our first day.

First night we got there Xmas eve, internet did not work so we had no tv as there was no aerial. The internet got out back on the next night and then the tv would not connect to it so no tv. Had to go and get one so we could watch tv over the holidays. Did not have any pans so struggled to cook there again had to borrow some. The master bed was awful never slept on a worse mattress, sofas were also very uncomfortable in the living room. Xmas night the neighbour next had a party that ended Boxing night the music went off at 5pm it was like a night club with young people partying.!! The first night we went out we could not gain access to the site for 40 mins as the gates were closed we told the host who said gates are open 24hrs a day which is not true, as they have security 7pm to 7am he said you should of been provided a fob. So overall the stay was awful.
