Spacious enough for a family of 3-4. Very clean and comfortable. Parking not too far from lift.

Charged RM80 cleaning fee (understandable) but still have to throw our own trash downstairs (not really fond of this). Retrieving and returning keycard in mailbox was a bit tedious due to the lock.

Everything is perfect. Staff is very informative and polite. The information from the location, to the lobby, to the room are super clear. Room is clean and tidy. Facilites are enough. Just need to improve the mattress and the pillow.

The services and responsiveness of the agent. I booked 2 Studio units and 1 unit of 3 bedrooms. All units are very clean and comfortable. Great location and very convenient to walk across the road if you need to buy something from 7-ELEVEN and supermarket. There are various restaurants inside the Jaya One mall.

We had a great stay. The location is good and very close to PJ Jaya One. The property was clean, and a broom and mop were provided, which made it easy for us to keep the place clean.
