My child loves her birthday trip bnb hotel room very much. Very spacious room. The bed can accommodate 4 adults or 3 adults and 2 kids The room is impeccably clean, well furnished and really spacious for family.. Additionally you need not worry about breakfast as there are a couple of restaurants just below right across this apartment: Old Town, Mi Sup Ayam & Tau Ming Kopitiam. About the host. Ms Jenny is an exceptional host. My husband is throughly impressed with her clear visual illustrations and instructions right from the beginning from key collection from Pacific Tower, car park entry to door access. We can't ask for more Jenny 🥰🙏Thank you so much

Nothing to comment. Everything was good. Probably just a humble suggestion; few packets of milo/coffee packets could be placed in the room. There's no mineral water but there's a good filter pipe and a flask to boil water for kids. The bathroom has a floor mat. Another mat could be placed at the kitchen area but it's not compulsory though. Please bring your own toiletries as bodywash and shampoo and toilet rolls will be provided There's a small swing 2 of them right outside our room - 3rd floor. The room comes with password lock so need not worry not having access card. There are also a few good Chinese restaurants around the vicinity which requires advanced booking as it's a high customer patronage. Overall anyone can contact this host. She's a responsible, reliable and informative host. All the best👌

Check-in process was flawless despite it being a last minute check-in (we booked at almost 4pm and checked in around 5pm). Room was very clean. Location opposite Jaya One made it easy to get food and there's a supermarket just opposite. Place was much quieter than I expected as well since there are a few pubs opposite and it being a Saturday night. There's a fridge, induction/ceramic cooker, cutlery, toilet rolls, plastic bags, dryer/washing machine, kettle jug. Host was very kind and waived reparations even though we broke a wine glass.

Found the beds a bit soft, but I am used to hard beds.

The property has parking space and close to rugby fields we needed to be at. The owner sent very detailed information for check in and check out. Fine for one night stay. TV with Netflix etc in the room.

Very complicated to find lift from parking space. Card didn’t work at first to let us out of parking. T High window lets in a lot of light from the top and has no curtain.
