1. Theres no head on the bidets 2. The bidet in the masterbedroom toilet is not in a good condition, showing sign of leak on the hose. 3. Maybe it was my fault, but i didnt know booking.com have airbnb, and i booked this room under the assumption it is under hotel management. This is more on a neutral. 4. Look at the main entrance door's locking mechanism. It was loose, and the door dont shut fully when let go. Please check the door hinge or the shutter. 5. Toilet dont have any glass door or some sort of separation between showering area and bowl area. No heater on the 2nd toilet. 6. There are 3 of us, why the utensils are specifically for 2 people? Including the type of cups and glasses. I was about to comment why no basics of water or instant drinks but found out this is airbnb instead of hotel, again this more on neutral side.

My family really likes it! There are thousands of games available. That's amazing and everything is good! They even provide first aid kits 🥹🥹 and torchlight (eventhough cannot work).

The lights in the toilet are slightly dark, suggesting to change to a brighter one.

The sink is clogged. The air conditioner is not cold enough. It should be replaced for the comfort of the tenant.

As a returning guest, I believe providing a rice cooker for families like mine would be very helpful. I've stayed here twice, and everything has been perfect.
