Apartment was great. Modern, clean with a great view. Very central location. Would definitely recommend.

Confusing to get into the building at the start. Luckily someone just let us in. Struggled to find the lift from the car park below to the apartment. Need fob to get out of car park but had left where requested. Had to ask someone in reception to help us. Have to like lifts as on 21st floor.

Centrally located & well appointed. Comfortable with all amenities.

Cleanliness was an issue, especially with cutlery not cleaned by previous users. One of the kitchen sinks was clogged. Collecting the fob to enter was a bit of a hassle

Everything, the views were amazing. The property is very central to everything and was easy for me to visit family and friends from Holywood to Castlewellen with no issue. Loved our stay there.

The TV could've had local programs on it like the news, BBC 1 & 2 etc. It meant that there was to watch was movies and American type programs, not that it was a biggie but my preference.

"Disappointing stay due to inadequate entry options and power loss"

Nice apartment, great views and in a good location. Very spacious & plenty of seating, table & chairs. Bathroom good & reasonable size.

No coffee, tea, milk or sugar available. So had to spend an hour looking for a supermarket for something that should be provided. I was given 3 different phone numbers that were supposed to open the ground floor entry door that didn’t work. Then had to wait for someone to enter or leave the building to get in. Just not acceptable on any level and quite scary. All the power points stopped working so no tv, wifi etc until someone came to fix. The woman I spoke to thought it was my fault, was extremely rude & even hung up on me while I was talking to her.

"Grossly overpriced but otherwise enjoyable."

The views were great and the location was good. No wardrobe or other clothes hanging arrangement in master bedroom. No access to terrestrial television for local news or weather forecasts.
