Friendly and helpful

No hot water for a couple of nights but the host went out of they’re way to fix and was both apologetic and very helpful

Great value for a property in London. The kitchen was a great size and although compact, it was very clean and the washing machine was a real bonus. The bathroom was gleaming and very modern with a great shower. It was extremely quiet and we slept very well.
