"I wouldn't repeat unless is by far the cheapest option around the neighborhood"

I've waited more than an hour on the door for someone to come and hand me the keys, I was there on time. The place is small, the high seats are broken and the seat tables are not screweed to the chairs. The beds are pretty small with no room around them. The WIFI didn't worked at all with the QR/password that its in the printed sign on the table. I've asked over whatsapp they just told me to restart it and then they decided to stop answering my messages.

Las ventanas del baño no cierran y aunque es interior alguien puede entrar por ahi al piso

"Wouldn’t recommend"

The location

Was supposed to check in at 3, guy arrived at 4pm and said we wouldn’t be able to check in until 6pm as he hadn’t even cleaned it yet. The place stank of sewers and mould. The doors weren’t fitted properly and it was a challenge to open and close them properly. The hosts did not reply to the questions I had.

Location is great and the apartment is comfortable enough considering the dimensions,

It is rented by a company and they don't care too much of the customers. Waiting almost 1 hour outside the building to get the keys as no one was answering the phone or chats. AC not working and took them 8 days to repair (for a stay of 14 days) during summer. TV channels not working and they didn't solved the issue. Some of the people rude at the phone as they were upset I complained. Also they never contact me unless I insist with messages. They never compensated back for the no AC or TV and not even an apologize. Did not even answer me how to collect back the keys, we just left. VERY UN-PROFESSIONAL AND LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!
