WOW Views!!-Mountain Escape-Outdoor Pool-Close to Downtown-WiFi-Cable-Private Balcony

The view was absolutely amazing!!

The smaller bed was a little hard... But not unbearable

The property boasted breathtaking views from every direction. It was easy to find and conveniently situated near both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The WiFi was excellent, and the staff was friendly and readily available.

The apartment was not very clean. Sunflower seeds were on the floor, and dirt had been swept behind the door in the back bedroom. The front room was in better condition, but the entire apartment was noticeably dusty. Some kitchen dishes and appliances, including the Keurig and toaster, were not clean. The bathroom, shower, and tubs also needed better cleaning. Additionally, I was unaware that there was no elevator, which was challenging due to my mobility issues—I should have been assigned a downstairs unit. Despite these issues, our stay was still very pleasant overall.

The property was ok, the place was clean just dated. The floor in hallway felt like it was falling in. We had a roach craw across the counter and go under coffee pot.

For the location I was expecting a better views, the tree tops have grown up hiding views. The view from balcony is not like the picture.

The view was amazing. The condo was so comfortable and homey. The condo had 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, which was a surprise. I thought it was only one bedroom.

There are some very soft spots in the floor leading into the living room. There are also some nails sticking up on the balcony right outside the sliding door.

THE ROACHES!!!!!

Did not have a good experience.

We did not have access to the unit until about 6 am. Waited for hours inside the car with the family.

The shower is the hall bathroom needs to be replaced/repaired it only works with hot water also there were a number of roaches the bathroom floor in the front bathroom was dirty.

Decent rooms closer to the city

Price is more for the room we get.

On the way up to the property, we did see a bear.. but that was absolutely the only thing I could slightly say that we liked about it.

GERMAN COCKROACHS We arrived late in the evening, As soon as we flicked on the light, there were several insects crawling around into the cracks of the floor around the fireplace. I was able to kill one and have identified. I was offered 15% of my rental money back even though we were only there for one and a half minutes.

The view is everything very quiet at night. My girls love it. Will be back soon.
