Buscaba tranquilidad y cerca de sitios para visitar y la zona es un paraíso. El apartamento muy limpio, con detalle y decoración muy bonita. He dormido como un tronco! Desayunar y cenar en el jardín ha sido un placer. Está muy bien aprovechado, con espacio y todo muy nuevo. La anfitriona muy amable y atenta. Me envió información para que no tuviera ningún problema en mi entrada y también un dossier de la zona que agradecí enormemente. La verdad es que me he sentido como en casa pero rodeada de naturaleza!! se oía el río de fondo, algunos patos… para repetir sin duda

Que fue una estancia muy corta!!!

Zona tranquila pero con un pueblo con todos los servicios cerca y a tiro de piedra de Laredo y Santander, apartamento amplio y bonito, limpio y bien equipado. Poco ruido. Las zonas exteriores muy aprovechables.

Por poner alguna pega diría que aunque la limpieza del apartamento era buena deberían prestar algo más de atención a zonas menos visibles como los marcos exteriores de ventanas o zonas altas, al estar en la naturaleza es fácil que se acumulen insectos. También suscribo lo que comentaban otros huéspedes del exceso de información. Demasiados mensajes y correos que a veces hacen difícil encontrar la información que buscas. Con un par bastaría.

Landschaftlich schöne Lage am Fluss. Üppige Ausstattung (Sonnenschirm, klappbare Liegesessel, großer Ventilator auf Anfrage). Bequemes Bett. Viele Wandermöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür oder in kurzer Entfernung. Tolle Sandstrände an der Küste nur in 30 Minuten erreichbar.

1. Der Gastgeber (eine Agentur) hat von Anfang an darauf bestanden, dass die Kommunikation nicht über Booking.com, sondern über WhatsApp und E-Mail laufen muss. Es gab zu oft zu viele Informationen - kaum überschaubar. Z. B. ausführliche Benimmregeln und gleich die Androhung von Strafen beim Nichteinhalten dieser Regeln. 2. Die Wohnung war beim Check In nicht aufgeräumt - der Boden war schmutzig und die Tischdecke mit Krümeln und Haaren - so was haben wir echt noch nie erlebt! Wir haben selbst aufgeräumt und eine schriftliche Entschuldigung vom Gastgeber erhalten. 3. Durch das offene nicht gedämmte Dach wird das Haus tagsüber sehr heiß - da helfen dicke Steinmauern kaum. 4. Die laute viel befahrene Landesstraße hinter dem Fluss ist Tag und Nacht gut hörbar. Im Hof ist es wesentlich ruhiger, aber das Schlafzimmerfenster geht zur Straße hin. 5. Am Wochenende sind in die Nachbarwohnung (von der gleichen Agentur verwaltet) fünf Junge Männer eingezogen und praktisch rund um die Uhr Party gemacht (so viel zu den strengen Regeln).

La primera impresión es muy buena, casa limpia y se nota que cuidan los detalles. Cama y sofá cómodos. Zona muy tranquila, se descansa muy bien.

Hemos echado en falta un cuchillo grande y un escurreplatos.

Cleaning - the floor was not cleaned, visible dirt all over especially on the kitchen floor with crumbs and nut shells covering dining chairs. Bathroom - impossible to set warm water temperature in the bathroom sink faucet, it’s either freezing cold or boiling hot. We had to wash face and brush teeth under the shower. Communication - spam from the host. You start receiving endless emails and WhatsApp messages from the time of booking and way beyond you leave. Walls of useless text, duplicate emails and messages, making it almost impossible to find the only useful info which is the locker code. Had to text the host about when you get in and when you leave even though the place has a self check in. Internet - less than 1MB speed, impossible to watch a video, barely loads websites. Cell service also very limited in the area, weak 3G signal so prepare books to read.

Quiet, clean, nice location and attentive host. We really liked the river walk to Rameles and the nearby restaurant. Rameles has 2 supermarkets and several good restaurants as well.

The apartment is really cosy, newly renovated and very well-equipped with everything you might need for a lovely stay. It looks exactly as on the pictures. The self-check-in was easy, there is private parking, and the communication with the host was very friendly and helpful. The location is nice next to the river in a quiet area, and perfect for trips to the Ason river valley and prehistoric caves in town. Highly recommended!
