CHIC Apartment Piata Constitutiei - near the Palace of Parliament

The place was nice and servicable. The kitchen looked well stocked. There was lots of space. We were met by a very friendly person and communication from the host was great.

Although we paid in full (and even left the money for the tax on the table), we could not stay here because the hallways to access the apartment unit were too full of cigarette smoke. The odor persisted into the place and on our clothes and hair just by walking through it. There was no washing machine as mentioned in the listing, which might have mitigated this slightly. We also did not see the views mentioned and shown in the listing from any of the windows/balconies. We would have liked to stay as it looked nice but had to find alternate accommodation.

The location is fantastic – right near the Palace of Parliament and very central for exploring Bucharest. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They were flexible with both check-in and check-out times, which made my trip much easier.

Unfortunately, the apartment was not very clean. The washing machine was especially dirty around the rubber seal. The bathroom clearly needs renovation, and overall, the apartment did not match the quality expected for the price.

Location and size of the apartment

The apartment is clean, big, comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.

There are problems with parking. The owner wanted to help solve them, but not everything depends on him.

Excellent accomodation, Landlords were easy to contact,approachable, kind and happy to help . We haven't had any issues during our stay.
