Entire House with Private Garden and Driveway, Close to City Hospital and City Centre

The place was clean and comfortable. Just perfect for my trip.

The back garden could do with a bit of TLC.

Comfortable and feels like home. Easy access to the road, with parking space in front of the garage. The garden is a good size, and the house is moderately sized, which I appreciate. I also like the idea of having card games and other games available.Nice frames.Very comfortable sofa and nice colour combinations throughout the house.

There are no bin liners anywhere in the house, and there are also no kitchen rolls or napkins available in the kitchen. The mirrors in the rooms need cleaning, and cobwebs near the entrance should be removed. Some corners of the house, such as behind the TV, could use a bit of cleaning as well. I also noticed a dirty plate on top of the kitchen cabinet. The WiFi password is not displayed on the back of the hub or anywhere else in the house. Adding some beautiful flowers or plants to the garden would greatly enhance the view. A welcome pack placed on the dining table would also be a thoughtful touch. Additionally, I noticed some spots on the carpets that look like burns or stains in a few areas. Lastly, the entrance area could be tidier, and placing some attractive potted plants there would add to the overall appeal.

Clean, had everything we needed for our stay

Garden could do with some furniture to sit on. We didn’t have time to go outside and use it, but it would be lovely to sit out there when the weather gets nicer
