L'appartamento assegnato era situato sul primo piano con terrazzo. Comodo e spazioso. Colazione dolce e salata molto varia e abbonante. Servizio ristorante vero punto di forza della struttura, un viaggio assicurato nella cucina toscana. Mirella, Marta e il cuoco Maurizio gentilissimi, un vero piacere essere loro ospiti. Consigliatissimo come base per un tour nelle terre aretine.
