Was great by the owner happy polite & could not do enough for me showed me around explain everything %100 at some point will stay again, beach very close & shop to by for kitchen cook your own, for me room was good size.

very close to the local high street and the beach as well as a walking distance (at least for me) from Bournemouth

As the room was fairly small (as advertised) it had little space to hang clothes which meant that in the very rainy weather it was difficult to well separate the wet outerwear from dry clothes and the towel. But for one night stay it was ok.

The room is small but this was advertised. Nonetheless it was an excellent room. The bed was comfortable and everything including the shared bathroom was clean. The room is in an apartment with shared amenities which were also clean and well kept. It is also very close to Boscombe beach as advertised. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks
