Apartments in Historic XIX Century Building of Old Tbilisi - Walk to everything

The location is excellent. Just off the main city square and easy walking distance to the old town. There are cafes and restaurants in the streets all around. Reception is open 1000 - 2400 and the staff are very friendly (thank you Sacha and Jaroslav for all your help). There's also a helpful left luggage facility if your flight is a late evening one. The rooms (apartments) we stayed in were roomy and well appointed.

Location perfect, apartment's design and historical features are perfect, kitchen utensils are sufficient, but we took ice cold shower every time. This was the biggest downside. And television could be more advanced. We can't use any app like netflix.

Loved it here! Beautiful individual rooms and a unique experience. Lots of historical items dotted around the hotel and shared kitchen and lounge facilities. All facilities very good and location perfect. EXCELLENT receptionists. Nini was so kind to take care of everything when i arrived and helped me with anything i needed. Sabi was also excellent. Both created a delightful experience, solving any problems i had with ease and kindness. Cannot speak highly enough about both of these individuals.

The only thing i would suggest is to add curtains that are capable of blocking out the sun early morning. Everything else absolutely perfect.
