Dem Premium Hotel - Round Trip Airport Service - Istanbul International Airport

The pick up from the airport and the return to the airport service was fine, the best thing about the booking !

Breakfast was included but we didn’t have any because they only served Turkish items which were not appetising to us. Usually ‘airport hotels’ serve a range of cuisines. We could have had orange juice but that would have been an additional cost ! We heard every plane coming in to land all night long ! - need better glazing in the windows.

Great to have the room rate include the airport transfer. Good room and breakfast. Drivers for the transfer were very helpful.

Staff at breakfast could have been more helpful, you get there and don’t know what to do or where to sit, but they were the bakery staff and not hotel staff.

Very convenient and affordable if you need an overnight stay or even several hours sleep close to the airport. Very friendly staff!

This was my fourth stay at the hotel, and I truly appreciate the fact that I am recognized and warmly welcomed by the staff every time I return. Bravo for maintaining such consistency in service. I’m always genuinely happy to see the same people every year. It gives very positive information about the hotel. The room was clean, the hotel personnel were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and the shuttle service was impeccable, as always. It’s always a pleasure to stay here.

New restaurant at the hotel is great improvement but ladies who work at the restaurant could be more polite with customers.

- I would like to make a complaint about my experience at your hotel. First, I found it very disappointing that none of the staff spoke English or any other foreign language. This made communication very difficult. Second, I ordered a pizza menu, which was quite expensive (10 euros more), but I only received a pizza without a drink, fries, or anything else. The picture clearly showed that the menu included a drink and side. - When I called the reception, I was told that this was an old menu. I do not find this fair or acceptable - I hope you take this complaint seriously and improve your service.

The bed was comfortable. The room was clean and big. The shower was very good. The A/C worked.

The toilet continued running all night. The jacuzzi tub leaked a lot of water on the floor…although I didn’t use the jacuzzi.
