Alojamiento en un barrio tranquilo a 5 min andando del Quartiere do Castelló. Fácil aparcamiento. Instalaciones muy bonitas, amplias y moderna decoración. La amabilidad de Antonio quien nos ayudó y orientó en todo momento.

Une maison de ville idéalement située pour explorer le centre de Cagliari et magnifiquement désignée par son propriétaire architecte ! Les lits sont extrêmement confortables. On s’y sent comme chez soi ! Merci à Antonio pour tous ses conseils à notre arrivée et pour son accueil très chaleureux.

The house is located very close to the shopping and dining area. Mr. Antonio, the owner of the house, is very friendly and helpful. The house is like a piece of art with an Italian style, and we enjoyed staying there very much. We stayed as a family of four (two adults and two teens). The rooms and beds were very comfortable, and the terrace area was pleasant for sitting and enjoying some fresh air. The Internet was working perfectly. We'll definitely stay here again if we go to Cagliari.

Nothing... Everything was excellent

The property location is excellent! It is very close to the downtown and all the historic center. The property owner -Antonio- is such a wonderful and friendly person. He met and greeted us upon arrival, had a very pleasant conversation with him and provided us tips on what to do in Cagliari and the vicinity. He was so nice that went with us to park our rental car in the nearby paid parking garage which is just 5 minutes walking distance. There are several restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance which is also very convenient. We were a family of four (2 adults, 2 teens) and the apartment was perfect for us. it is very spacious, with all the amenities you can think of, very clean, very well stocked with everything, and overall we had a wonderful stay. Only item I want to point out is this unit is not targeted for elderly or handicapped people since you need to climb stairs to get into the unit and then inside the apartment to get to the rooms which are on the second floors the stairs are narrow.

Everything was great for us!

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely house in Sardinia. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the center. The house is very spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The owner was incredibly nice and helpful, which made our stay even better. Highly recommended!

Stairs may not be suitable for small children, ok for us.
