Rien avec cette propriétaire odieuse et son appartement à 20 )min minimum du centre

Madame Assyl est une personne malhonnete qui emploie un homme de main mr Hassan sur place pour intimider et escroquer ses clients . Bien cachée en France elle emploie cette personne aux méthodes mafieuses car comme il me l a expliqué il est dans son pays il fait ce qu il veut Mme assyl cautionne ces méthodes de voyou En plus l appartement en photo est super , en réel il est vieux et pas très bien entrenu Ne parlons pas du ménage à mon arrivée tardive une catastrophe Et aucun état des lieux au départ, très pratique pouf accuser ses clients d avoir cassé des choses Le quartier horrible et très loin du centre Bref séjour nul à cause des mensonges de la propriétaire Clim pas mise à mon.arrivee avec 40.degrés dans l appartement et même pas une bouteille d eau de bienvenue qui.coute 30 centimes d € Nulle. Bref Mme Assyl est juste OK pour faire payer des taxes illegales en cash sans recu bien sur pour le este aucune attention pour ses clients A FUIR SI VOUS VOULEZ PROFITER DU MAROC

The apartment was big. The host responds quickly to messages.

Awful smell in bathroom, I asked host to send cleaner but she said it was a common problem in Morocco but didn't send anyone to clean. Internet was very weak always goes onto loading or not working at all. There were no swimming pools had contaminated water in them and the host didn't know about it, my children went in for around 20 mins and were told to get out by security staff as the water was unsafe. When I messaged the host she told me that she didn't know and apologised. I was very annoyed as my children ended up with stomach upset probably caused by the contaminated water. They also had no swimming pool for their holiday. The host has refused to compensate for the inconvenience caused even though it was her fault for misadvertising her apartment by saying there are swimming pools available to use.

One bathroom with no hot water, and the shawer not working... The other bathroom and shower was great... Cold weather, I requested a heater and they supplied it to us...
