Secluded, private rural retreat mins from Warkworth -"Avondale" Minihouse

The best accommodation we had in NZ! Everything was perfect! The house is very clean, cosy and well equipped. Everything has a very high quality. The house has a very fresh and nice smell. The view from the terrace is spectacular! The owners, Angela and Dan, are very friendly and helpful. They gave us a lot of helpful recommendations. They even told us where we can find wild kiwis! We saw a wild kiwi and were so happy. We enjoyed the saltwater pool a lot. We highly recommend this accommodation! We would love to come here again in the future.

Everything was accomodating it was relaxing and chilled exactly what me and my husband wanted

I was gutted the pool was not avaliable as advertised or if I was notified that the pool was not available I proberbly would have booked somewhere else but glad we stayed anyway.

Loved everything great facilities and had all you would need to cook meals.the bed was excellent and shower even better was a perfect safe getaway with stunning views but also private and quiet the host was great.

The property was just to our liking - quiet & peaceful, no neighbours or traffic noise. The accommodation catered for all our needs, was comfortable & warm. We recommend this b&b.

The bed was a bit soft but still very comfortable.
