ISS Travel, Domo Cytonia 2-bedrooms apartment with private fenced terrace

Unfortunately, our stay at this property was very disappointing and not what we expected at all. The place was not clean and was infested with large flying cockroaches. When we informed the host, they said they had recently sprayed insecticide, but the bugs were still alive and crawling around. Their response was, “It’s out of our hands,” which didn’t make any sense to us. If it’s out of your hands, why is the property available for guests? There were no basic essentials like hand soap or a clean kettle. When we asked for one, they brought us a kettle that was clearly old and dirty. The house didn’t have air conditioning—just two small fans that were not enough for the hot weather. Sleeping was very difficult at night. There were also no screens on the windows or doors, so we couldn’t open them because of mosquitoes, which were everywhere and made it impossible to get fresh air without being bitten. This made the heat inside unbearable. The bed was very uncomfortable and squeaky, and the overall quality of the furniture was poor. The power outlets were outdated and didn’t work with modern chargers. We had to ask multiple times, and only after going back and forth four times did they finally bring us an adapter so we could charge our phones. On top of all that, the price of the property was very high compared to what was offered. Overall, this place was not suitable for a relaxing holiday and really ruined our experience.
