"Bad"

We were appalled by the filthy state of the kitchen and the rubbish filled garden. The kitchen floor was strewn with debris and the dishwasher even had broken glass inside. One of the sofas was broken beyond repair and the other was stained. Disgusting. The photographs of the property were obviously taken a long time ago as the reality is shocking, not 'stunning' as advertised. The area felt unsafe and we had concerns that our cars might be targeted. We had no choice but to refuse to stay. Harmony Stays displayed excellent customer service and immediately moved us to an alternative property which met our expectations. However, the boiler wasn't working and we all had cold showers in the morning. Disaster!

"Great place to stay, very clean and comfortable, close to Nottingham."

The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac and very near to the venue that I was visiting (Woolaton Hall). Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 children, very clean and comfortable.

Had a slight problem with the bathroom door but the housekeeping service were on hand 24/7 to deal with any situation.
