SENice area, quiet.
Moldy smell and it leaked in as it was rainy. Livingroom with puddles!! Shoes and clothes wet. A joke! No comment from owner!
ESThe place is in a very top area, close to portu Banus, easy to call a cab, very good communication with the owner and Erik is an excellent person and tour guide. I would definitely stay there again.

SEOut of everywhere in Marbella, you won't find much nicer areas, nevertheless a better host. Clean, safe, nice and calm area. Nice apartment and an even better reception from the host. The gorgeous view from the garden and just the front door are truly something special.
If I am to nitpick, it would be the regularity of buses in the low season. But it's no dealbreaker.
