Loved the location Facilities were great

The usual thing for us. Picking up and dropping off the keys from elsewhere. We are both senior citizens and getting about was difficult

Excellent communication and detailed instructions on how to get the keys, how to acess the appartment. Very well appointed, nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. Incredible location.

I love the location of this property! It was great, right in the heart of the CBD and close to sky tower/casino etc! The bed was very comfortable, nice spacious balcony, access to smart TV, a lot of toiletries were available & even cute little extras like makeup remover pads, cue tips, toothpaste, hair stuff, sunblock, sanitary items for women etc. I thought that was quite thoughtful & I can tell the owner wanted to make my experience & stay as comfortable as possible. There was also, plenty of toilet paper rolls. & self checking in & out was very easy with detailed instructions!! Lots of security & police, taking care of the area too!! What a steal!

The only thing that I didn’t like about the property was that there was no air conditioning. It got quite hot at times & opening the balcony doors was helping a tiny bit, but overall still very hot & stuffy!!! There was also lots of decor items all over the tables bench & tv stand & it made it difficult to store random things or eat comfortable at dinner table bc of the random ornaments everywhere!! Other than that, this place was great to stay in. & I will definitely be staying again or will try to book this place next time I’m in Auckland!

Emma was the only reason I gave exceptional ratings to this property, I appreciate the effort to help me with the check in and I will gladly stay in a property that is so respectful

No air conditioning was only flaw I had, and no espresso machine.. but nothing bad there
