Stylish Retreat near Birkenhead & Liverpool Your Cozy Home Away From Home

The vicinity to Liverpool and the large Aldi and Tesco nearby. They had coffee and a few tea bags left.

Below are the specific issues I encountered: 1. There was no toilet tissue or kitchen tissues provided upon arrival. 2. The bathroom tub side is broken, and the bath towels were damp. 3. There was a swatted fly on the living room wall, and the bathroom sink had visible dirt around the taps. 4. The kitchen boiler is an eyesore and was not shown in the images provided during booking. 5. The mattresses are sunken and uncomfortable, making it difficult to rest properly. 6. There are numerous cobwebs throughout the accommodation, which should have been cleaned prior to my arrival. 7. The entire place clearly needs a proper vacuuming and thorough wipe-down, as the level of cleanliness is unacceptable. I even sent them an email the first night to no reply for the whole duration of my 3 night stay.

Nothing to like.

When we arrived the bedding had not been changed, there was stains and hairs on the bedding. The house had not been cleaned thoroughly. Stains on rugs and carpets. Very upsetting to arrive to this property, it did not meet the criteria from the description.

We were let down by another property we had booked in advance so had to find somewhere quickly and this accomodation could not have been better. I contacted the owner and he was nothing but helpful in everyway. Good accommodation - would recommend it to anyone.
