Flat 1 Stunning central loft style apartment in the famous Brighton Lanes

Location is fabulous

The bed was uncomfortable (please put a king size in, there is ample room for one and it would make a huge difference) and the noise from outside on a Saturday night was very loud (party people, sirens and works machinery) so we had a very poor nights sleep and came home early rather than stay another night.

Great flat in a great location, clean and comfortable with everything you need, host was very quick at answering any questions, will definitely re book for our next visit to Brighton

Windows are only single glazed which means it's very noisy at night, previous reviews had mentioned this so had gone prepared with earplugs! Secondary glazing would improve this tenfold

A stunning, spacious, self contained apartment in an ideal location to explore the vibrant city of Brighton. Fully equipped with everything that you need for a break away, with the added bonus of safe and secure parking directly outside the property. Excellent value for money.The host was fantastic and very easy to contact, from the moment of booking and throughout the duration of the stay. We loved our 3 night stay here and we will definitely be returning. I would highly recommend this property to others!

It was very good and clean. Accessible to many areas. Noisy outside due to the pubs and drunk public, we could hear them until 4 am. But overall, we enjoy the place. The owner was exceptionally accommodating.

Great flat! Clean and spacious, comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen and very fluffy towels. Fantastic location.

A little drafty and noisy as only single glazing, could do with some thick curtains and extra blankets. A bit of confusion over parking as the description page on the listing states free but another page states a fee is payable.

The flat is in a great location, steps from the seashore and Brighton Lanes. It was very clean and comfortable and was well stocked. The host was very responsive to our questions. We used the parking spot which was very convenient.

The only downside of the location is that it is very loud at night as people leave the pubs, but that is the tradeoff that you get when you want to be very central.

Hosts were amazing and messages were answered very quickly. The apartment was very spacious, and immaculate. Everything you could possibly want and more. Wifi was very fast, Huge smart TV on the wall and also Netflix. My daughter and me stayed for two nights but could have happily stayed longer. Everything was within walking distance, the beach, the pier, shops, plenty of restaurants.

It was a little cold on arrival as there was quite a draught from the windows. The heating was brilliant though and soon warmed up.
