location to my jobsite was very good.

there was a dead roach in the bathroom.

Staff and location.

It used to be a decent place to stay. This time the curtains in the bathroom didn't close, bedding was shotty and was tolerable at best.

Have stayed several times previously. Like the Bryan old town area and like the La Salle

Tried to book restaurant Saturday night, was told no bookings but when I arrived fairly early one table had a “Reserved” sign and only one table mostfor my party of 3 available. As a house guest staying three nights I felt better service deserved

No hot water and no discounts to account for the inconvenience And staff was rude about it

Broke elevator , bulbs burnt out in 2 areas , hot lobby

Good location but very old and smelly inside the room.

No hot water for both nights although we kept asking about it and they kept telling us maintenance was fixing and we would have hot water, they lied. The supervisor never apologized just told us at 9pm on the second night we could leave and go somewhere else. Staff had no empathy. We paid for an upgraded room with claw foot spa tub but not enjoyable in cold water? We said it was late and we did not want to leave. I asked for credit on the upgraded room and they finally agreed but only after a lot of grief they never offered a solution. I was frustrated with their lack of solutions supervisor told me I would be escorted out because she did not like me moving my hands in the air? I am a 60 year old woman that has never happened to me in my entire life. I felt threatened it was absolutely HORRIBLE. DO NO STAY HERE!
