It was very nice and a lot spontaneous and I really enjoyed spending time in the caravan would definitely recommend it to anyone

Everything was good

The caravan itself was lovely and clean and tidy & a nice size well equip.

I didn't like the fact that the unity staff on the actual holiday park was not helpful they didn't want to help us with certain questions we asked when we first arrived & went to the reception assuming that's where we had to go as soon as we got there. The staff that was working there told us we booked the caravan with a private caravan owner not actually with them that it was nothing to do with them so they couldn't help us with nothing they just didn't want to help in any way so was a bit disappointed about that . As I had booked private caravans before on other caravan holiday parks over the years with private owners & yet staff on the holiday parks have still helped us with any information we wanted to know or needed help with . I didn't look on messages on here to know any of the details of when we arrived I didn't assume the private owner Kayla she said her name was had left a message on here I thought she was going to texted me on my phone as she had all my details my phone number even my email address so I just assumed I would get a message off her on either my phone through text message or in my email . That's why I didn't think to look on here till last until I seen any messages from her . Also it stated on the terms & conditions agreement I read myself before booking about the deposit you needed to pay it stated you pay it in cash once you arrive there & the next morning when leaving they return it to you in cash as far as there's no damages to in which there wasn't of course.

The fenced outside area was great for our dog. Able to log into my Netflix. Lovely and clean. Very close to the beach.

Very difficult to find the caravan within the park. The road it was on did not have a road sign. A bit confusing.

Clean and tidy had everything we needed and even had a highchair for our little one

Inside and outside space/size! Ideal to take a dog lots of space to run around outside and secure. Lots nice decor inside Tv in both bedrooms and living room Farm literally 4 minutes away

Was not anything open on in brean apart from 2 bars and Morrisons small shop and weather was awful one of the days so couldn’t really go out with a baby. We didnt know this prior to arriving/booking

The host was very rude, sent me to the wrong caravan and then blamed me! I'm still waiting for my care bond back even thou I left the caravan spotless! Do not book with theses very rude people
