"Fabulous cottage in the perfect location!"

Location was fabulous, whenever I looked out the window I saw the beach! all the windows have sea view (except for one bedroom). Very easy access to beach via a slope, maybe a three minute walk. 5 minute walk to Westcliff station and 8 minute walk to the shops on Hamlet Court Road. Kitchen was clean and spacious, a pleasure using it, Dining room has two sofas, large table and chairs, was a very comfortable space to relax in, the downstairs toilet was much appreciated (even though the expelair wasn't working). Bedrooms and shower were clean and a pleasure to use. Weather wasn't warm enough, to fully enjoy the lovely terrace, but we did manage to sit out in short intervals. Property's own parking space was much appreciated. All in all we spent a very relaxing few days, and would definitely come again!

Just a couple of things, the kitchen window didn't have a curtain. The outdoor sensor light, at the side of the house wasn't working, and as we arrived after dark, we had to use our phone torches, to see our way around.
