"The Brand New Flat"

I am very pleased with this flat. The entire building is brand new, including the flat itself. It is quite spacious, and all the equipment is new. The bed is exceptionally comfortable. There is a lovely balcony where you can sit in the evening.

However, the city tax is quite high and not included in the price, which is 3 EUR per person. This could result in a higher final price than anticipated. Additionally, they use Squeezy bedding, a special type that looks untouched regardless of use. This left me somewhat suspicious. Nonetheless, the flat was impeccably clean.
