A short 5 walk to Brean Splash Aqua Park unit has everything you need if you go with your family for a long or short stay.

Property hadn’t been cleaned from the previous people that was there I even got accused of smoking inside the caravan even tho I don’t even smoke. How it was when I got there was how it was when I left absolutely disgusting.

Good size for family trip

Duvet and pillows were provided but cover wasn’t available

To the eye its a beautiful looking place, and quiet frankly it is but you have to put the work in cleaning it. Cupboard hanging off, no ps4 xbox doesn't work. Dog and human hair throughout property. Previous guests fag butt's left on pouch. Dirty kitchen ware, greasy oven trays in cupboard, dirty t towels. Bed springs on double hurt back ( but someone's personal choice) Due to possibly my dog leaving a poo which was brand as " everywhere" as a possible miss of the eye before leaving which has been deemed to be keeping part carebond. The lack of the upkeep of the property was completely upheld to save the owners some work but shall remain from doing so in future. Also carebond shares false information as it shares pay on arrival but has to be paid via bank not cash. All property was deep cleaned and sanitary needs fully met prior to cleaning to ensure cleanliness for further guests.

Dirty property. Missing items. Xbox doesn't work. Dirty t towels. Dirty kitchen ware. Dog and human hairs. No ps4. Fag butt's left. Stained kitchen cups/spoons. Rusty bbq full of water under property. ( no stand no legs lid with rusty grate)

Loved the space and 2 bathrooms. The outside area was wonderful for the warmer weather. Well equipped and clean

Booking.com advertising of it was wrong. It said pay cash at reception for bond, not the case, I had to pay owners prior. also no entertainment passes included as advertised. I questioned owners as I thought it was a scam. It caused stress. But the caravan and contact with owners was 100%

The caravan was nice and cosy Warm like a little home
