"Exceptional"

The location is excellent. The house is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. I especially appreciated the two bathrooms, which made it very convenient for four adults. The parking space is close to the house as well. Definitely great value for money—I’d love to stay here again if I visit Christchurch!

"Convenient, roomy, lovely property, nice little garden and washing line at back."

Lovely flat, lots of space for two of us, convenient and clean.

A bit tricky getting in, perhaps need to tell people to press the middle of the door panel to light it so we can see how to enter flat number! No problems otherwise, once in it was lovely.

Location, parking, comfort, convenience, provisions, heavy curtains for a great night's sleep, and excellent communication throughout.

There was nothing to fault this place. Our only hiccup was being sent the wrong unit number but that was very quickly resolved with excellent communication.

Modern, quiet and only a few steps away to the town hall. Communication about entry and carpark was very clear and easy to do. Other communications were spot on too.
