Gut ausgestattet. Alles neu und funktionstüchtig.

Das Gebäude ist eine Baustelle. Die meisten Appartements stehen lehr oder werden umgebaut. Vor und hinter dem Gebäude sind auch Baustellen. Abends und nachts ist es ruhig, aber wenn man Im Apartment arbeiten muss ist der Lärm, der Staub und der Gestank von Lösungsmittels kaum zu ertragen. Das Management schickt ständig nervige Standart Mails um sich zu erkundigen, wie man zufrieden ist. Wenn man ein Anliegen hat, gibt es nur Entschuldigungen und nichts passiert. Für den Check-in muss man persönliche Daten und eine Passkopie über eine Webseite hochladen. Bei Weigerung ist ein Check- in nicht möglich. Das Appartement ist nicht sicher abschließbar. Alle Vormieter kennen den Türcode. ( siehe Screenshot) W-Lahn funktionierte nur am ersten Tag gut. Dann kaum noch. Den ekeligen Teppich kann man nur mit Mühe unters Bett schieben.
