Beautiful 2 Bedroom Flat Next to Brighton Beach and Shopping Centre

Overall the stay was very good. The description of the apartment and amenities was spot on and communication from the host was prompt.

There were a few cleanliness issues; plates, glasses and cups were unclean. We also couldn’t locate a hand towel for the bathroom or shower map, so had to purchase our own.

NOT the apartment in the photos! 🤷‍♀️! I questioned the host wether we had the correct apartment as it looked completely different. Unfortunately I got ZERO help or response from the host (except to bring extra bedding for the missing bed..sorry sofa bed) so it quickly became very apparent that this is what we had and we had to suck it up. Now the apartment is decorated lovely, BUT its not the same apartment as advertised! I just wish I had read the other reviews because they are all true 100%. I DON'T NORMALLY COMPLAIN EITHER!! The frustrating thing is, if the host had responded or tried to help in any way, I would have got on with it, but I got more & more frustrated and annoyed each night that I stayed! So I'm pretty angry now! No large table, no double bunk bed, (only x4 beds) as per photos. Which is fine...if that's what you want. I travelled with family and specifically booked because of the amount of beds and bunk beds for my children) which wasn't what was there. No storage- ie, cupboard, hook, rail, drawer, shelf...nothing? The toilet seat is still broken, 2x blinds don't work, dirty pans in cupboard, wet dirty socks, used fake eyelashes in cupboard. Hob doesn't work. ...I'm boring myself now. Advice, don't expect the apartment in the photos

My daughter selected this accommodation because it’s central, which is the best part of this accommodation. However it didn’t match the description on the advert showing one of the rooms with bunk beds for the children. The toilet seat was broken and though the manager of the property came to repair it, it was still broken during our stay. There were dirty crockery in the cupboards and kitchen sink stank. There’s a whole in the bathroom wall which is not reassuring. One of the rooms blinds wouldn’t open. Our check in room code was mixed up, we requested it changed for security. The manager (I think his name was Terry) was helpful but informed us any issues we had with the room to inform Booking.com

Quite a bit. Advertise as city view, Could not see more than 10 yards. No Wardrobe or door hooks. Had to live out of suitcases on the floor. Broken toilet seat. ( Landlord informed and did offer to repair but we put up with it as we were only there for a couple of days. Cigarette butt found in bed linen. Looks newly decorated so looked clean. I could go on but have not got the time.

A lot stuff to start with the flat that we booked n paid for is for 5 guests n the apartment he give us was for 4 guest one double bed n 2 single doesn't even match wat we book n pay for I got some pic to prove u pls get one member of booking.com team to contact me as not happy at all n there was no hot water in the shower very frustrating not happy 😕
